Trustee-Buddy Treadway

My family and I moved to the Tri-Cities from Little Rock, Arkansas in 1978. I have been married to Virginia for 45 years and together we have two boys, Phillip and David.
I have been a member of the REA for the past 16 years.
I attended the University of Arkansas (Business Administration) and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Evergreen State College in Olympia. I have more than 40 years of experience in Electrical and Cost Estimating. My experience in Cost Engineering includes Budgets, Planning, Project Coordination and Supervising. I particularly enjoy working with the budget and planning processes.

I also enjoy bowling, softball, archery, hunting and my lab sidekick, Molly.
I'm recently Semi-Retired from Hanford and the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers), and for the first time, I have the opportunity to offer my time, energy and experience to the REA Members and the Board of Trustees. Protecting the assets and interest of the REA and insuring accountability to the membership is an important task. I feel I'm up to that task.
