Defined on the west by Ashue Road, then north to the Section line between Townships 11N and 12N, then east following the Section line between Townships 11N and 12N to the intersection of Dekker Road, then following Dekker Road south continuing south on the line between Ranges 21E and 22E to the south side of Section 18, T9N, R22E, then east along Green Valley and Forsell roads to County Line Road, then south to the southwest corner of T9 N, R 23E thence easterly to the northeast corner of T8N, R24E then South to the limit of the service area.

Trustee-Kyle Shinn-Vice President

Mr. Kyle Shinn and his wife Lisa have six children. Kyle has lived and farmed on the Satus all his life. He is a third generation farmer whose farm was started by his grandfather in 1950. Crops currently grown are Hops, Grapes, Mint, Alfalfa, Wheat, Corn, Raspberry and raising Buffalo. Kyle believes in giving back to the communities which he has been involved in over the years. He is presently serving on the Granger School Board as well as the Hop Growers of America. In his spare time he enjoys going on short trips and traveling across the state watching his children compete in sports and other activities. He feels that with his broad range of experience from agriculture to education to rural electric that he is very capable and pleased to serve in this position for another term.
