Benton REA’s Community Room is available to reserve for eligible nonprofit organizations and community groups in support of educational, civic, and community-focused activities.
Overview:
- Room is set up classroom style with 72 chairs. Tables may not be moved.
- A podium with AV hookups is available upon request. AV equipment is only available during Benton REA’s regular business hours: Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Total room occupancy may not exceed 190.
- Food and non-alcoholic beverage is permitted.
